Natural Songi (Tricholoma matsutake)

Donguibogam(famous Korean medical book by Heojun) speaks well of Songi mushroom as having no poison and plentiful of mild scent with the essence of pine tree.
Since it is rare product of the nature, the condition for its growth is also complicated, and the quantity of collection is small. Songi mushroom emerges in the pine tree at the age between 20 and 60. And it never grows on the same spot after it was cropped.

If you visit Mt. Songni, you can taste the aromatic flavor of natural Songi.
