In order to cultivate champignon, mixing nutrients like fowl dropping, rice bran and emery powder with rice straw containing about 70% of water and then let them ferment for 20days. And then, inoculating spawn after secondary fermenting in cultivating place that maintains 50-620¡æ of temperature. After 15days of rootage period, cover them with 2-3cm thick soil and this is the end of preparation. Mushroom begins to come out from the covered soil after 6days have passed. Maintain 15¡æ for 40-50 days with this condition and then harvesting become available. It takes about 90days until harvest mushroom and champignon can be re-harvested for 5-7times. Also it can be cultivated for 3times a year.
