Grilled Chicken

Ingredients:
4 chicken breast fillets
6 tbsp of soy sauce
2 tbsp of garlic paste
1 tbsp of ginger paste
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp lime juice
salt to taste
Method:
Slice each chicken breast into 2-3 layers and cut them into three pieces each. Mix the rest of the ingredients into a paste and marinate the chicken in it for 1 hour (you can marinate it keep it in the fridge and grill it for next day's dinner. That way you will have a ready meal for next day's dinner) Place it under a hot grill and grill it till the chicken is cooked and starts turning smoky. |
